I have been thinking that every hospital should have a garden. Wander around the flowers and veggies and you start to feel better.
And an art gallery. That was one cool think about VGH. All the art in the halls. Wander and get inspired.

I totally agree, Michael. The beauty of things is a positive energy that people need. Also the inspiration might make the mind make plans for the future. Also in our local hospital we always have lots of art and even music, a piano is in the hall and people play.

I so agree with you…it would be good for all concerned. Employees, patients, and visitors. Specially those that spend day after day there. BTW, I love these lilies…the ones with the spots.

Although, the vast majority do not want to be in a hospital to visit the garden and a gallery. At the sign of getting better and getting out of bed, they want to go home.
