Down Spout
A Moment in Photographic History:
The innovative French photographer Jacques-Henri Lartigue died September 12, 1986. Barely known until he was in his seventies, Lartigue was quickly known as the “discovery of the century.” His seventies? I still have a few years to make myself known.
A Photographic Quote of Note:
It’s marvellous, marvellous! Nothing will ever be as much fun. I’m going to photograph everything, everything!

This texture is really cool! I like how you can see they did a crummy paint job on the metal pipe

You’ve captured a wall with impressive texture and color. I like how the spout breaks the space and adds interest.

I’m sitting here, waiting for some exoctic, terra cotta colored creature to stick it’s head out of the spout, say something in a clipped, accented voice and disappear again.
This would be a fantastic book cover. I don’t know what the contents of the book would be but I would pick it up to see.
