A Moment in Photographic History:
James Clerk Maxwell was born 13 June 1831. He was a Scottish mathematician and theoretical physicist. His most significant achievement was aggregating a set of equations in electricity, magnetism and blah blah blah.   He is also known for creating the first true colour photograph in 1861.
A Photographic Quote of Note:
No place is boring, if you’ve had a good night’s sleep and have a pocket full of unexposed film.

  1. Those trees in the background look great. Has an old west town feel to it. Lovely shot.

  2. Great location. The b&w is perfect.

  3. Superb timeless shot Michael. I like the tones!

  4. Well, Mate, you’ve done it again. Wonderful photo. I KNOW you have close up’s of this place, this place where there were lots of dogs, so send them along so I can see what’s in them there barrels. I want to look through the windows too. Yes, I know I’m a bit snoopy but I’ve been cooped up with Belfrida for a while and I need a good distraction. How about you put more words with your photos, like you used to do before I was who I am now? I really loved your words.
