A lovely Spot to Lunch
A Moment in Photographic History:
On May 28 1898 the Shroud of Turin was first photographed by Secundo Pia in Turin’s Cathedral, where it had rested for 320 years.
A Photographic Quote of Note:
I don’t like to describe my photographs; it’s up to the viewer to make up his mind what they are about.

wonderful and calm scene, great composition and lovely tones. I can feel the motion of herbs.

This is a wonderful photograph Michael.
The motion of the water and the blustering of the tree suggest a windy aspect, set so beautifully against the layered backdrop.
I’m there right now.

Why am I always the odd man out? Everyone else loves this spot. It looks as cold as he**. I’ll bet you ate in the car.

Quite. I would break out my mini stove and whip us up a little pesto.
