A Moment in Photographic History:
Jack Partington died 26 May 1987. Partington was the staff photographer at the old Roxy Theater in Manhattan, New York and served in the Army Signal Corps photographic division during World War 2.
It is not really “A Photographic Quote of Note” but it caught my eye:
