A Moment in Photographic History:
Bert Hardy was born in London on May 19, 1913. He started as a laboratory assistant but soon bought a small plate camera for 10 shillings. His photographs were soon being published. Hardy accompanied the Allied troops that took part in the D-Day landings in June 1944. He also photographed the liberation of Paris on 25th August and documented the plight of concentration camp victims.
A Photographic Quote of Note:
It never seemed like work. Photography was always good fun.”

Its as if a car banged into a wall at first glance. Very interesting!
cool shot. you should take it and ebay it!
May it rest in pieces.
Someone must be looking for it! Nice shot Michael.
Hah! Reminds me of my car’s hubcaps, Michael. I have a Toyota, but the hubcaps decide to take trips on their own. Lost two of them on my way North to Oregon from Arizona!
Great shot!
cool shot Michael. nice in B/W.
You’d think they might have noticed that was missing.
I love the contrast of your textures
