I think it's a disaster waiting to happen. Looks like a hill with all vegetation scraped off so nothing to hold the hill in place. One day, after a couple of weeks of good rain, that house will be a drive through on the road below. I do think it's a great photograph. Just keep looking, don't buy this one.
