A Photographic Quote of Note:
The taint of age can be very beautiful. The wreckage of man-made objects is something more beautiful than the new. Rust and weathering adds a patina of . . . well, I call it ‘elegant shit’ or ‘elegant gorp’.

  1. Una imagen muy original. Yo diría que incluso divertida. Un saludo.

  2. GREAT image! The lines of cars on the bottom really do the trick…

  3. I imagine that’s got to be one heck of a view.

  4. Interesting and striking composition !

  5. This is cool. A really great representation of a suburban landscape. Not to mention how nice that hill looks for a little durt surfing.

  6. Well, everyone but me thinks this is great. I think it’s a disaster waiting to happen. Looks like a hill with all vegetation scraped off so nothing to hold the hill in place. One day, after a couple of weeks of good rain, that house will be a drive through on the road below. I do think it’s a great photograph. Just keep looking, don’t buy this one. Or wait and pick it up cheap, along with a cheeseburger and fries.

  7. I had to smile at Lynne’s comment, I think this is just an obtical illusion…..that castle is far from the edge, in Holland they jam first some concrete poles into the ground….I think at least 60 feet, 20 meter and than they start building, LOVE the colors in this great picture.

  8. cool composition. thats quite a structure!
