Wow, nice, I find it difficult to shoot black and white landscapes but I think this works very well. I really like the lines and the overall proportions of the image.

I wonder where we all are, on the trek to the peak? In the valley? In the high country? I’m meandering along, taking my time, I think. Perhaps even sitting by a stream, looking at the rocks in the bottom, listening to it sing.

Where’s William Henry Jackson, anyway? Perhaps he hadn’t made it to the peak yet – his stereoscopic camera and tripod were awfully heavy! This certainly looks like somewhere he would have been way back in the 1870s!
