A Moment in Photographic History:
Scottish photographer George Washington Wilson died March 9, 1893. Wilson constructed a portable darkroom so that he could prepare his wet-collodian” which had to be exposed while still wet.
Wilson also became the largest photographic publisher in the world, producing millions of cartes-de-visite, postcards and stereograms for tourists, as well as portraits for exhibition.

A Photographic Quote of Note:
Photography has not changed since its origin except in its technical aspects, which for me are not important.

A nice detail of a famous brand name! Must be part of an old tractor!
I could figure out what it was…maybe Sidney is right…I like the result of the processing on this detail.
